WDR20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,361 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, CDC42BPB, and MTA1. Each is linked with WDR20 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR20-to-partner and partner-to-WDR20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR20 versus BAG5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR20→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
