WDR20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,508 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD3, NAA30, and SNW1. Each is linked with WDR20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR20-to-partner and partner-to-WDR20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR20 versus SETD3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR20→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
