WDR20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,759 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR20-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEKT4P3, OR7E111P, and EIF4E. Each is linked with WDR20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR20-to-partner and partner-to-WDR20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEKT4P3 grouped by WDR20-low versus WDR20-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR20→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
