Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR19 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher WDR19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCS and UCEC are the cancer types where WDR19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
