WDR19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,039 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, IFT122, and IFT140. Each is linked with WDR19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR19-to-partner and partner-to-WDR19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR19 versus WDR35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR19→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
