Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,515 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR19-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH7, DCDC1, and DRC3. Each is linked with WDR19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR19-to-partner and partner-to-WDR19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR19 versus DNAH7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR19→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
