Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,602 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary anterograde transport, Protein localization to ciliary membrane, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with WDR19 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR19-to-partner and partner-to-WDR19 results are reported.
