WDR19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIKE1, C20orf173, and TARM1. Each is linked with WDR19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR19-to-partner and partner-to-WDR19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIKE1 grouped by WDR19-low versus WDR19-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR19→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
