Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR18 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR18 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WDR18 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where WDR18 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
