Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,791 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, Cytoplasm protein quality control, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with WDR18 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR18-to-partner and partner-to-WDR18 results are reported.
