WDR17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,394 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, AP3B2_S272, and MYEF2_S17. Each is linked with WDR17 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR17-to-partner and partner-to-WDR17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR17 versus MYEF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR17→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
