Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,672 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD126, SLC25A17, and POLE2. Each is linked with WDR17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR17-to-partner and partner-to-WDR17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD126 grouped by WDR17-low versus WDR17-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR17→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
