WDR17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR17-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, mTOR_pS2448, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with WDR17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR17-to-partner and partner-to-WDR17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by WDR17-low versus WDR17-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR17→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
