WDR13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,746 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIA, CTPS2, and PKP4_S776. Each is linked with WDR13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR13-to-partner and partner-to-WDR13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR13 versus NFIA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR13→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
