Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,284 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEF, MYBL2, and CDCA5. Each is linked with WDR13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR13-to-partner and partner-to-WDR13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR13 versus TEF in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR13→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
