Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,088 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPEP5, MRPL18, and TNFSF9. Each is linked with WDR13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR13-to-partner and partner-to-WDR13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPEP5 grouped by WDR13-low versus WDR13-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR13→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
