Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,045 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Growth hormone secretion. Each is linked with WDR13 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR13-to-partner and partner-to-WDR13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway grouped by WDR13-low versus WDR13-high in BONE.
