Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDPCP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDPCP data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher WDPCP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDPCP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where WDPCP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
