WDPCP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDPCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,369 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDPCP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIF, CFAP36, and PNN. Each is linked with WDPCP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDPCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDPCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDPCP versus PPIF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDPCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDPCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
