Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDPCP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 364 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDPCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are INF2, TOP3B, and CENPM. Each is linked with WDPCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDPCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDPCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDPCP versus INF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
