WDPCP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDPCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDPCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM5, UBE2S, and CCNB1. Each is linked with WDPCP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDPCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDPCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5 grouped by WDPCP-low versus WDPCP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDPCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDPCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
