Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDPCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDPCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR1B, KRTAP4-1, and AFM. Each is linked with WDPCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDPCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDPCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR1B grouped by WDPCP-low versus WDPCP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDPCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDPCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
