WDFY3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDFY3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,821 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDFY3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, SEPTIN11, and DDX21_S121. Each is linked with WDFY3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDFY3-to-partner and partner-to-WDFY3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDFY3 versus RPL5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDFY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDFY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
