WDFY3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDFY3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDFY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, BUB3, and ZNF367. Each is linked with WDFY3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDFY3-to-partner and partner-to-WDFY3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by WDFY3-low versus WDFY3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDFY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDFY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
