WDFY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDFY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDFY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2F2, KPNA3, and UAP1. Each is linked with WDFY2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDFY2-to-partner and partner-to-WDFY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDFY2 versus GTF2F2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDFY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDFY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
