WBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,769 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNDC5, FKBP7, and PCYT2. Each is linked with WBP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP2-to-partner and partner-to-WBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WBP2 versus TXNDC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
