Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,588 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRB2, C19orf38, and KCTD2. Each is linked with WBP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP2-to-partner and partner-to-WBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WBP2 versus GRB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
