WBP1LP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1LP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,152 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1LP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum exit site, Regulation of actomyosin structure organization, and Positive regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation. Each is linked with WBP1LP2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1LP2-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1LP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum exit site grouped by WBP1LP2-low versus WBP1LP2-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP1LP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP1LP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
