Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1LP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WBP1LP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPPA2, PLXNA4, and SALL3. Each is linked with WBP1LP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1LP11-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1LP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAPPA2 grouped by WBP1LP11-low versus WBP1LP11-high in ESCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP1LP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP1LP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
