Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WBP11P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WBP11P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher WBP11P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WBP11P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and OV show a favorable association.

UVM, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where WBP11P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
