WBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,633 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPR, HNRNPU, and UBTF. Each is linked with WBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WBP1 versus HNRNPR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
