Across TCGA cell cohorts, WBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,866 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with WBP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1 results are reported.
