WASL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,869 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2H, WIPF2, and ARHGEF5. Each is linked with WASL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASL-to-partner and partner-to-WASL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASL versus UBE2H in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASL→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
