Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,561 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASL-DT, FPR2, and FCRL5. Each is linked with WASL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASL-to-partner and partner-to-WASL results are reported.
