WASL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR3P1, MTND1P19, and RNA5SP341. Each is linked with WASL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASL-to-partner and partner-to-WASL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMTOR3P1 grouped by WASL-low versus WASL-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASL→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
