Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with WASL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASL-to-partner and partner-to-WASL results are reported.
