WASIR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASIR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,764 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASIR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC1, PPP1R14C, and TRIM24. Each is linked with WASIR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASIR2-to-partner and partner-to-WASIR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASIR2 versus THOC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASIR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASIR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
