WASHC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK2, VCPIP1, and FAM91A1. Each is linked with WASHC5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC5-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASHC5 versus PTK2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
