Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASHC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,894 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification, and Meiotic spindle assembly. Each is linked with WASHC5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC5-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC5 results are reported.
