WASHC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,353 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, TRMT10C, and COQ9. Each is linked with WASHC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC4-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASHC4 versus LRPPRC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
