WASHC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with WASHC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC4-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by WASHC4-low versus WASHC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
