Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASHC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, TEX46, and EPPIN. Each is linked with WASHC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC4-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by WASHC4-low versus WASHC4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
