WASHC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,936 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP4, MYG1, and NEDD1. Each is linked with WASHC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC3-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASHC3 versus MAP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
