Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with WASHC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC3-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by WASHC3-low versus WASHC3-high in UCEC.
