Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,778 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome biogenesis, rRNA metabolic process, and rRNA processing. Each is linked with WASHC3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC3-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC3 results are reported.
