WASHC2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,163 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of lysosome organization, Piecemeal microautophagy of the nucleus, and Synaptic vesicle endosomal processing. Each is linked with WASHC2A in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2A-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of lysosome organization grouped by WASHC2A-low versus WASHC2A-high in UVM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
