Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,864 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL25P, MIR3651, and RNU6-241P. Each is linked with WASHC2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2A-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL25P grouped by WASHC2A-low versus WASHC2A-high in STAD.
