WASHC2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASHC2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, PTF1A, and TEX13A. Each is linked with WASHC2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2A-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by WASHC2A-low versus WASHC2A-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
