WASH9P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASH9P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,165 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASH9P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin nucleation, Regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with WASH9P in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH9P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH9P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of actin nucleation grouped by WASH9P-low versus WASH9P-high in KIRP.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASH9P→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASH9P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
