Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASH7P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,750 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASH7P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPR, HNRNPU, and AQR. Each is linked with WASH7P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH7P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH7P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASH7P→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASH7P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
